The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to the beach, marina, and all the entertainment spots. The decor is modern, clean, and stylish, creating a jaw-dropping ambiance. The beds are new and super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The spacious living area is perfect for socializing, and the three bedrooms provide ample space for a group or family. The two bathrooms are a bonus, eliminating any queue for showers. The well-stocked kitchen has all the necessary cookware and utensils, and the added bonus of leftover herbs and spices from previous trips. The host, who also owns the supermarket downstairs, is incredibly hospitable and always offers great deals on water and snacks. this apartment was a mind-blowing find at a great price, and I would definitely stay here again. we had a relaxing stay here for trip, thank you. the host met us and explained everything. satisfied with lovely view, panoramic views and 3 bedrooms available. everything was simply amazing. had a nice coffee at sampa picnic bar, located 5 minutes walk away. it was adjacent to the beach, the airport bus stop, the old town, the marina and restaurants/nightlife, all bars restaurants and the castle. we got great prices.

The location of the accommodation is fantastic; it's close to the city center, restaurants, marina, and the beach. The room was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, with feather pillows. The private bathroom was a plus, and having a kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves. The fact that we could walk to Sampa Picnic Bar in just 5 minutes was convenient.

The view from the apartment was stunning, with both sea and mountain views. The accommodation was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and free WiFi.

The cleaning lady came in to clean before our checkout time, which felt rushed. It was also a bit confusing to collect the keys from the shop downstairs.

Drawbacks: The check-in process was a bit disappointing as the apartment was still being cleaned upon our arrival, and the small lift to the 9th floor was cramped. Additionally, we were concerned about the safety of the windows in the lounge, especially with small children, as they opened from floor to ceiling without any protective railings.

Beach, City Center And Entertainment is my go-to place when I visit. Friendly staff, cold drink on arrival. Perfect amenities - free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, lift. Great location with beach access. Returning for holiday soon!

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, and provided a great base for exploring all that the city has to offer, including restaurants, the marina, and the old town. our recent stay in alicante was amazing! Beach, City Center And Entertainment exceeded our expectations. the apartment was spacious, modern and spotless with a breathtaking view of the castle. the central location made it easy to explore the old city and enjoy the beach. we loved the blue lights, TV, and the convenience of a washing machine.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable - with great wifi and facilities. The location was amazing - right opposite the beach and close to everything – the old town - marina, and restaurants. The owner was so helpful and even provided a welcome pack with water - snacks, and other essentials. Plus - there's a supermarket downstairs where you can get good prices on water and nibbles.

What an amazing find. This apartment is in a great location right by the beach and the marina. Everything looks like it's just been fitted, even the beds seemed new and very comfortable. This is a perfect apartment for a group or family with a nice sociable living area and 3 bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms also mean there's no queue for the shower!! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to cook, there's even some bits and bobs left over from others trips you can use. I would definitely stay here again, it was such a perfect little spot at a great price. Plus the host was the loveliest man and he owns the little supermarket downstairs and will always do you a good price in water and nibbles. THANK YOU for looking after us.
